When the young shooter outgrows their initial gun, bring it back to Durys and we will give you 100% of the purchase price towards your next fitted firearm.

Lifetime Warranty
All firearms purchased from Dury’s Gun Shop, Inc., NEW or USED, ARE COVERED BY A LIFETIME WARRANTY.
We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any firearm purchased from Dury’s Gun Shop, Inc. for as long as it is owned by the purchaser.
This warranty is not transferable.
DURY’S GUN SHOP, INC. assumes no responsibility for product malfunction or for physical injury or property damage resulting in whole or in part from criminal or negligent use of the firearm, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modification, use of defective or improper handloaded, reloaded or remanufactured ammunition, or customer abuse, neglect or misuse.

A History Of Dury's Gunsmithing
Dury’s traditional gunsmithing services go back to the late 1800s when John M. Dury opened a small gun shop in downtown San Antonio. In 1959, John L. Dury started Dury’s Gun Shop, fitting recoil pads in a small shop behind his parent’s house. Now David Dury carries on the great family tradition into the 21st century with the same quality that has come to be expected of a “Dury Gunsmith.” Also, David Dury has started his own custom line with the D. Dury Custom Rifles, guaranteed to shoot one-half inch 3 shot groups from 100 yards.
Mike Whalen has joined Dury’s Gun Shop with a degree from Trinidad State Junior College of Gunsmithing in Colorado and has 39 years’ experience in gunsmithing services and bluing.

We Ship To Anywhere In The United States
Before firearm purchases can be shipped, we must have a copy of a dealer’s federal firearms license. We now accept faxed or e-mailed copies of FFL’s. If you do not know a local FFL dealer, you can find one here FFL FINDER.
We have a $50 Flat Rate shipping & handling charge for the lower 48 States and $80 Flat Rate shipping charge for Alaska & Hawaii. If you are purchasing a firearm and wish for it to ship in a hard case, we will ship them in a basic hard plastic case for an additional charge of $29.99. Dealer Transfers
Transferring a gun to Dury’s is a very easy operation. Wherever you buy the gun they are going to need a copy of our FFL in order to ship the gun to us. Upon request we can mail, e-mail, or fax them a copy of our license. They will then send the gun to us for you to pick up. Dury’s Gun Shop Chargers a transfer fee of $60 per firearm.
They will need to include 2 things with the gun:
1. A copy of their FFL or a copy of their driver’s license if not a dealer.
2. Your name and phone number.
After the gun has been processed into our system, we will call you to let you know that the gun is ready to be picked up. If you are tracking your transfer and it shows it has arrived that does not mean that it is ready to be picked up. Please wait for us to call or you can come by 24hrs after your notification by the carrier. To pick up the gun you will need a valid TX photo ID/DL and will need to fill out a Federal Form 4473 for the background check. Once all of these are complete, and your background check is approved, you can pay your transfer fee and take your gun home.
TRANSFERS WILL BE HELD FOR 90 DAYS UNLESS A LONGER TIME IS APPROVED IN WRITING. ANY GUN LEFT AFTER 90 DAYS WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF DURY’S GUN SHOP.
Dury’s is always ready to help you transfer a gun. If you need us to send a copy of our FFL to another dealer or person, please make a copy of our FFL to send to them or have them print a copy from this page, or you can always call and talk to any of our salespeople if you have questions about this process.

Dury’s Gun Shop is in the Top 100 sellers on GunBroker.com. We upload a new set of used guns and items to our GunBroker page every week on Sunday night. These auctions last for one week until the following Sunday at 7 PM (CST).
Auction Consignment Services
We also offer an Auction Consignment Service to our customers who wish to have their firearm listed on our GunBroker page. Please note that these services do charge a consignment fee, and an auction fee once the auction has completed.
